"I have been with this office for over 30 years, but that was when Jon Veersma was the owner/agent. He had 2 office representatives (Erica and Debbie). They were very pleasent, knowledgeable, and always very helpful when I would call to ask them to explain something about my policies. After this agent took over things have changed. The representatives (Erica&Debbie) are no longer working there. Also, I called Todd to ask him to explain about the Personal Injury Protection coverage on my vehicles, and I was given the wrong information by him.I found this out after calling another state farm local office. I have decided to transfer all my policies to another office in which the owner/agent has been in business for many years, and is more experienced. Everything I have stated here has been told directly to Todd Heaters owner/agent. Maybe you'll have a better experience."
